Fiber arts blog and resource, accompanied by a collection of hand-spun, hand-dyed yarns.

By Philadelphia-based fiber artist, Hannah Goodno

Hello, Welcome, and Stay Tuned.

This first post is long overdue. I've had this site up for several weeks now but have had such a busy summer that it's been hard to schedule time for myself to write. But I promise, more will be coming soon!

My goal is to post about once every 1-2 weeks, just to keep anyone who is interested up-to-date on what kinds of projects I'm working on, events I'm participating in, and some how-to posts in case you're interested in trying some of this stuff yourself!

My main focus is is hand-spinning yarn and dyeing with natural plant dyes, but I'll post about whatever other crafts I may be working on as well--whatever may be inspiring me that particular week.

I'll be back and hoping to post much more after about mid-September. Until then I will be swamped with part time jobs and volunteer gigs, and prepping for 3 upcoming events that I will be selling at. A lot of this will be ending soon and then I will have time freed up to create and write!

If you live in the Philly area, check out the events page and stop by one of my events I have coming up on the 7th, 8th and 9th of September! I'd love to meet you.

Thank you so much for reading, and hope to be seeing you all very soon!
